Amar Singh dares Maya to arrest him-Politics/Nation-News-The Economic Times

I have great admiration for Mr Amar Singh solely because he is very close to Amitabh Bachchan's family. In today's world it is very difficult to find loyal friends. From time to time, people try to drag Amitabh in the middle of controversies but he has always maintained the dignity of human relations. He has always treated others with dignity. I have been away from India for a long time but I don't remember exactly how Mr. Amar Singh came to public domain. From what I have seen on the television and read in the media, Mr. Amar Singh doesn't seem like a politician. One thing that I have noticed about him is that he likes to keep in headlines. If media doesn't pay attention to him, he finds a way to catch attention. It is my gut feeling that Mr. Amar Singh should not worry about getting arrested due to three reasons:- (1) Behan Mayawati (BMW) has her eyes on the Centre i.e., right now she may be thinking that it is a possibility that she can even become the Prime Minister of India if her social-(re)engineering model is replicated during the to next general elections, (2) Mr. Amar Singh has same constitutional rights as other Indian citizens, and (3) according to affidavits filed by the 49 ministers (in Mayawati cabinet), 22 have criminal cases pending against them, 16 have been accused of committing crimes like rape and murder and 10 Ministers out of 19 ministers of cabinet rank have criminal cases pending against them. Therefore, Behan Mayawati doesn't have time to worry about Mr. Amar Singh. My advice to Mr. Amar Singh is to focus on Bollywood because there is more entertainment there than in Lucknow. Every loss in elections should teach a lesson to losing politicians. It may be time for Mr. Amar Singh to focus on issues like poverty, education, international affairs and India's fiscal policy.
